Dear colleagues!

Please accept my heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of the national holiday - the Constitution Day of Ukraine. This day has forever entered the history of our society, in which the inviolability of the law, the principles of catholicity, the rule of law, democracy, unity of territory and equality of all before it are the main postulates for the development of any civilized country.
In the extremely difficult period of Russian aggression that our country is currently experiencing, I am deeply convinced that Ukrainians will continue to defend the rights and freedoms of citizens to education and science, territorial integrity and inviolability declared in the Basic Law in such a difficult struggle for their national identity.
On this day, it is necessary to mention that the Constitution of Pylyp Orlyk, our compatriot, laid the foundation for the development of Ukrainian constitutionalism and became an outstanding historical monument of Ukrainian and European political thought.
The Constitution of Ukraine, adopted on June 28, 1996 at the 5th session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 2nd convocation, entered public life as the main guarantee of statehood, democracy, independence and unity of Ukraine.
I sincerely wish you, dear colleagues, peaceful skies, good health, prosperity, harmony, family comfort, as soon as possible to overcome all the challenges that now face our people, inspiration in work and life for the benefit of our homeland!
